Co-Founder and Co-CEO

Emma is the founder and Managing Director of ACTIO Group, including ACTIO Recruitment in the Northern Territory of Australia.

Emma is an Australian Certified Economic Developer. She handles cross-border recruitment, as well as local labour forces across construction, mining, hospitality & cleaning, trades, transport & logistics.

Emma also works with industry, corporate clients and government to deliver workforce plans and strategies which focus on the development and training of local workforces

Claudia Ximenes

Co-Founder and Co-CEO

Claudia Ximenes is an entrepreneur with more than five years’ experience in Timor-Leste across oil and gas supply, logistics, beverage manufacturing, and construction.

Through managing businesses and project teams, Claudia has developed strong insight into workforce needs, compliance requirements, and the operational challenges employers face when sourcing reliable, work-ready staff.

Her hands-on experience includes recruiting and supervising skilled tradespeople and general labourers for residential, commercial, and community construction projects, as well as supplying into regulated oil and gas environments with strict safety and compliance standards.

Claudia brings practical industry knowledge, local understanding, and a strong operational focus to LORO Bridge Recruitment.
